Renting space is straightforward. What makes a warehouse useful is everything around the space: knowing what arrived, where it went, what condition it was in, how old it is, and being able to pick the right units against an order without walking the building. A warehouse that stores your goods but cannot tell you what it holds has moved your problem rather than solved it.

How It Works

  1. Profile the stock

    What is being stored, in what units, at what turnover, and whether it carries batch, expiry, or handling constraints.

  2. Agree the space

    Dedicated space, shared space, or overflow — and the term, since short-term and long-term price and operate differently.

  3. Inbound

    Receipt, inspection, and put-away against recorded locations.

  4. Held and counted

    Stock held with a running record, reconciled by periodic count.

  5. Outbound

    Picked, packed, staged, and despatched against your orders.

Frequently asked questions

Can I take space for a short period?
Yes — seasonal peaks and overflow are common reasons to take space. Minimum term and the smallest available increment are confirmed on enquiry.
Will I be able to see my stock levels?
Stock is held against a running record. The format and frequency of reporting, and whether it can feed your own system, are agreed during onboarding.
Do you handle picking and packing, or only storage?
Both. Storage alone is available, and so is picking against your orders with despatch to follow.
What happens if goods arrive damaged?
Damage and shortages are recorded at inward inspection, against the delivery note, so the discrepancy is documented at the point it can still be traced to the inbound leg.
